Trying to map out my free carrat budget, someone pill me on why Summer Maruzensky is apparently a must pull. Is her skill able to be procc'd multiple times as long as you have stamina recovery skills popping off or something?
Also whats in store for the half anni and such cause I've heard its got a lot of gibs and banners which you can spark most of the characters up to that point so its good for grabbing anyone you missed out on, but I don't exactly know how recent a banner can be before it doesn't appear on the half anni banner list. I'm committing to being cheap as fuck cause I'm mostly satisfied with my account despite the fact my umas are starved of star pieces, but I'd rather hold out just to make sure I can spark on any particular banner just in case I get fucked over with bad luck.
