You misunderstand:
Latinas can be basically white descendents of Spanish settlers that never race mixed, or basically Native Americans who never race mixed. Most are somewhere in between, some very beautiful and exotic looking, some are mutt goblinas.
Some Ukrainians are very white and basically descendants of the Nordic races, and others have more Turkic ancestry from the Caucuses and Central Asia. So just like with Latin America, you get a lot of variation in phenotype.
So what you are noticing is how both Ukrainian and Latina women can have that same kind of look
