im quitting estrogen tmrw and I still spend an hour on this board every day. I need to find a new hobby I can’t imagine this is good for my chances of stopping permanently

I’m going to run out of estrogen in 6 days and I haven’t ordered more bc I’ve been thinking about detrooning every day for the past 3 months. Guess i just left it to fate and this is end of this weird journey for me now
