How do I make the first step into being offered a job in Japan?
I'd imagine they won't give work visas to just about anyone, so how do I as a foreigner get offered a job there?
Asking because ever since I came back from Japan I made it my personal duty to go back there for good, and speaking the language.
As for teaching, I have N2 level, experience teaching English and generally like it, but I hear that most people that do programs like JET don't know a word of Japanese and still get offered jobs. Does knowing the language make things easier for me in this aspect?
