I was looking at the rogue trader rulebook and found this. Custodes, Mechanicus, Arbites, astronomica, telepathica, and the high lords shared the same equipment list for high level characters.
So generate your high level adeptus terra character:
1d100 for the melee weapon
2d100 for the two ranged weapons
1d100 for the armor
3d100 for the shields (0-9 means you have it)
