I do enjoy treating him like this figure that just keeps showing up anywhere and everywhere to the point where questions come up as to whether he's more than just a normal person (or whether the 3rd is secretly a group of Fedorov-clones sent all around the State to work their magic) and whether he's somehow been involved in every pivotal event in the State's history like some sort of commie Forrest Gump that just keeps happening to be there.
