Progress has now slowed down a lot though, not sure what to focus on.
Swapped Flat Bench out for Decline now as my lifts on flat started going down week on week but everything else was the same (figure that one out). Need to focus on my back squat way more but for some reason my body just fucking sucks at it.
Really need to lock in my sleep, it's the one thing I can't do and I could probably unlock my full potential with it fixed.
