Oi. They are not. They are totally without scriptural basis. Not mentioned in Genesis. Besides, the binding part of thr Covernant of Noah refers to the rings of Saturn that were a consequence, and the (now disipated) rainbow rings around Earth.
The so-called "Noahide Laws" (actually suggestions) is nothing but mad Jewish theorising from the 16th Century when you started writing down your folklore.
There are a number of absurdities in it but the purported prohibition on hunting is most laughable. What sort of human doesn't hunt? Crazy.
