The scenes were already posted elsewhere, Mana Tank is still the one fucking everyone. If anything, the shota in that pic (the gacha protag) is the one getting cucked. Tirma even says she already has someone she likes.

The scene progression is kind of odd though. The lead-up to the scenes has the character doing something random with the Monmusu TD protag (you can tell, since they call him Goshuujin), but after that, it'll cutaway to the girl with Mana Tank. The h-scene itself has no spoken dialogue from him either, just like how it is in SEQUEL.
Anyway, rest assured, there's no NTR or whatever. The girls are platonic towards the Monmusu shota. Tirma even mentions she already likes someone else (obviously Mana Tank).
