it is expensive for a FM, even in Japan. its 5000 yen while a MG RX-78-2 2.0 is 4200 yen, MG Vidar is 6000 yen, a MG Turn A is 3800 yen.

thats why the RE 1/100 failed, it was supposed to be MG designs that are too unpopular or too expensive if they make it, retooled to be cheaper. but instead, it still have kits that are more expensive than most MGs
