The circle of 10-30 people you already know from years of talking to them on discord/IRC/whatever federated group of your choice will be the only text you can actually verify as being human. And of course "ID" requirements will be done under the guise of verifying human posts, but corporations and governments will easily bypass this so only state and corporate funded propaganda will be passed through by a horde of bots that sound human.
