all in all, /fit/ is probably one of the best boards 4chin has to offer. But coming to /fit/ you should already have the basic knowledge about lifting or read and applied sticky info, because if you're a total newbie and coming here for advice then you won't differentiate between shitpost and honest tips.
It's also one of the funniest boards, I just wish we could rangeban India and Israel, so we won't see the same lazy demoralizing threads that appear here everyday by some dumbass
