She was everything but a normal enemy combatant hence why the government were able to get their petty vengeance by burning her.

Of course it was never going to be a just trial, my issue is why is so much focused on her enemies being bad to her and not her allies abandoning her? Again I am not saying we didn't go way too far and that we are innocent but it was a war crime against an enemy compared to the French King betraying her.
