Thanks, it's me, have the source Blender and Substance files for one of the hats I made for the pack as the proof. As for the question, the reason is quite simple, the mega link would get taken down eventually by Bethesda, as was the case before with many more mods that had ported content in 'em. Sad, but you can't do anything about that. Except for here, the pack was only posted in the Afterlife, which is kind of hard to join through here.
