Middle manager, four years in
I've gone into quiet quitting mode and I only do around 2 hours of real work daily, yet still triggered into rage by illogical comments and decisions from colleagues and bosses.
How can I control my rage?
I wish I could quiet quit harder but I fear it might get me fired if I stop giving even less of a shit
