trainers get them because the serious contenders they really want are looking for, at minimum, an experienced trainer
the mobs? they take what they can get
a mob uma could go through up to 8 trainers before she inevitably gets sent back to the countryside
each replacement trainer just starts her on basic training that she insists she already went through with the past 7 trainers
the newbie mob trainers want to get started from a familiar base, and they don't have the experience to teach advanced skills even if they wanted to
she never gets time on actual useful skills, like how to not get BOXED, so she eventually gets left behind and has to drop out
