Videos will never exceed 4MB, you don't need to worry with any encode settings, and bitrate values.

The crop preview in Webm for Retards isn't very good for pixel perfect crops, I would often get an undesired line of pixels with it, and this annoyed me, with mine this never happens.

You can apply a trim, crop, and rescale all in the same window, instead of having to open a window for each operation. Also, if you don't need any of that, and just want to convert a video to a webm under 4MB, you can skip the GUI, and just start encoding right away.
