How do we know she isn’t having any second thoughts? The latter part of the show shows multiple instances of her suppressing emotions and having internal conflicts after realizing Syaoran loves Sakura.

She settled for being Sakura’s best friend but deep down she wants to be something more. Having to hide that feeling forever sounds pretty tragic to me.
