That's a very grim view of her character. Being a rich girl isn't a negative trait. At least, not when she's emotionally mature and genuinely kind, like Tomoyo. What's the point of being rich if you can't have what you truly want? That's her tragedy, knowing exactly what she wants, but being wise enough to understand she'll never have it.

That would be tragic if wasn't for her being Sakura's best friend, the latter genuinely likes her in that sense, they get to do the whole thing about dressing her up and recording her being a magical girl, and supports the main romance between Sakura and Syaoran without a second thought.
If you want to see tragic, look at Meiling. She did eventually grow up to accept it, and did not resent Sakura/Syaoran in the slightest, but you will be seeing her actually lose her pep and what was her first reaction to the whole thing.

How do we know she isn’t having any second thoughts? The latter part of the show shows multiple instances of her suppressing emotions and having internal conflicts after realizing Syaoran loves Sakura.

She settled for being Sakura’s best friend but deep down she wants to be something more. Having to hide that feeling forever sounds pretty tragic to me.

There is a glance Rika and her teacher share in the anime that is not indicative of a teacher/pupil relationship. And although Yukito doesn't love Sakura the way she believed she loved about him, there is no indicator that age difference was factored into it at all. All of CCS is freaky and perverted you moron. The CCS really treads the fine line between wholesome and fucked up. If you actually took what CCS was about, and played it realistically with all those relationships and actually factored in sex, the whole thing would quickly become more degenerate then the average hentai. Really think about it. It had almost everything, right down to implied incest between Sakura and her brother via the mirror card.

However, it doesn't feel like that because its not being done that way or seen with that perspective, the very idea of "sex" is completely stripped from the equation. The theme of the series is purely on love, innocence and emotions crossing barriers. Whether you agree with that theme or that romance can have its sexual element stripped from it completely is one thing, but that is what the series goes for. Almost every relationship in CCS has some taboo to it. So I find it funny watching westernoids freak out over Terada and Rika these days. Like, did you forget the other weird ass aspects? For people who probably blurt out about media literacy and watch hour long video essays, its amazing you missed and disagree with the obvious theme.
