I'm done with young women for a while and millennials around my age (30-39) are fucking radioactive and incredibly awful to be around, generally speaking, so I'm considering going for older women, 40 and beyond

Any anons got any experience with this? I've never been with an older woman, only with around my age or younger. Any key points?
