Um, Blue Reflection: Second Light has pantyshots if you rotate the camera during certain moments. There's also this in Fairy Tail 2, which is not much but it's something. But it's true that games recent games developed by Gust (2020-2025) still have fan service but they definitely are toned down compared to games released several or many years ago.
