Do we know how the VH banners are gonna work going forward? Will it be an x.4 and x.0 thing from now on? Is that typically the case in other Hoyo games also? If that's the case have they ever strayed away from this pattern to try keep people guessing or whatever or have they been pretty consistent with it?
