The +6/12/18 SP on deploy relics, you need either of the first two and the third to enable instant S3. The Bizarre Fragment relic that gives +30 SP on deploy also instantly activates S3 abuse on those floors. Aside that, 50% shield on deploy and both +ASPD on deploy relics make it much stronger.
