Sounds like the true fight is to MAKE LAW that you cannot undercompensate foreign workers.
THEN they aren't incentivized to import some smelly little elephant worshipping rascal who speaks bad English and leers at his trophy wife.
THE PROBLEM is that there is no downside for the Employer. None of them face prison for employing undocumented workers. In fact the Visa system is set up to facilitate it for the wealthiest, it's only the aspirationally rich who have to settle for fence-climbers.
Until there's consequences for exploiting the American Worker by utilizing cheap foreigners, you are just wasting taxpayer money mopping up around an open fire hydrant.
