Idk what this is meant to imply but it doesn't negate what I posted. We've seen the same thing in the inverse over the past decade. Shitholes like NYC and Chicago STOPPED reporting their crime stats tot he FBI and then falsely claimed their crime had dropped when in fact it was going up. They stopped laying charges and introduced policies that resulted in criminality running rampant but not being recorded as an actual crime. Chicago used to (might still) have a policy not to pursue suspects if they commit a crime and then flee in a vehicle, because it's considered a public safety risk. So lesser crimes like theft were not even being recorded despite stores being targeted nonstop, because they'd jump in a car and drive away after yanking purses off a shelf.
Media also plays a role by failing to report on certain areas and demographics who tend to be the worst offenders, because it doesn't jive with their narrative.
