I don't blame him, sucks to be the most talented person on a team doing 80% of the work and fixing everyone else's fuckups then have a bunch of do-nothings on the sidelines "democratically" voting on what you need to do, when you need to do it, and how you need to do it no matter how retarded their ideas are. Then when everything blows up because they strong-armed you to retardation they expect you spend your time fixing/redoing it the right way.
Would be shitty enough to do it at a job, I sure wouldn't put up with it in an unpaid volunteer role.
