progress report regarding my mental dieting/self concept:
not only has my anxiety about the future been improved greatly thanks to following Goddard's teachings but i also realized i no longer feel envy toward other people, maybe this is a temporarily thing that will be undone later, but i already feel like i have it all, even if the 3D realm is yet to catch up.
i remember a short while ago i would post on here about my depression and how insanely hard mental dieting and self concept were for me, but i really improved, thank you all who have helped me, diretly or indiretly so far, and who will keep helping me in the future.
