it has a really bad habit of dwelling on the unnecessary bits, and not if time on the bits that are far more engaging but are hardly developed. It also doesn't help, for as much kino art as it does have, there an endless amount of literal who's that indistinguishable from one another and are all treated as equally important despite 99% of them not. Also, I agree that the pacing is good, but I have the pleasure of not having to read this "weekly" with all the breaks in the oden backstory arc in Wano, since I got into afterwards. But I'm sure this part in particular felt like an eternity to those who just wanted to see luffy and co. kick some ass.

tl;dr - it can't decide whether it wants to be absolute kino or a wan'o piece o'shit
