Wait for leaks about Cerydra's kit to see if it synergies with Saber's.
If not, consider pulling for Sunday. He gives a nice AA + Energy regen.
You could go for Tribbie but RMC works well enough with Saber since she has 360 energy she can get the full 48% true dmg buff from RMC.

Then yes, Firefly E1 is very good since you no longer consume skill point and you get a 15% def shreds on top of everything else. If your Ruan Mei is E1 you could get very close to 100% def shreds which is HUGE for your dmg.
