I feel like Kirby and Gooey could both pretty easily wield keyblades, maybe Meta Knight, maaaybe Bandana Dee and Adeleine. I feel like there are also moments where King Dedede would be worthy, but he generally defaults to being selfish and petty until the stakes get high.

Oh and Wander probably could. The main thing he struggles with is balance of light and darkness in his heart, but so do some canon Keyblade wielders like Riku and Kairi, so there's a "close enough" range I think Wander fits. But he's also a pacifist, he wouldn't use it to actually fight, so he wouldn't be a very useful Keyblade Wielder.
