The problem is first world countries will end up the same eventually. Even if they are still far wealthier, they will be full of the low IQ low trust people you are familiar with. Just as America saw black people ruin Detroit and Chicago, they will watch every other city ruined by 'jeets, hispanbics, arabs et cetera..

There are only 2 races really capable of building and maintaining a high trust society, the whites of course and east asians. So the last "Hobbiton" like communities will be lowkey segregated highly racist whites and China I guess, unless they cuck out too. Places like Singapore with turbo law enforcement will be low crime and not that bad, but kind of stale to live in.
