Plot twist time!

Summary for the anons that need it: Shindoine is lost without King Pathogen and scowering the infected lands for him. As she slowly gives up to accept the loss, something appears in a lava pool nearby. Back on Earth the girls are cleaning up the megapathogens. They've grown substantially as the girls can solo the MoTWs and cleanse them solo style. King Blockhead is oblivious to the happenings as the King is too busy being a true leader and building his earthly castle by his own hands. Daruizen appears and informs Blockhead that the cures have managed to escape the infected lands, Blockhead realizes his forces are nearly wiped out and goes the stop the Cures. As the last MoTW nears the refugies, the Cures get in its way and start trying to take down the thing. Blockhead arrives to defend the MoTW and start taking down the Cures. The Cures just can't keep up and are downed and out. Blockhead is mocking the girls when Shindoine appears and points out a true leader show remove the nuisances. Blockhead agrees and starts charging his spirit bomb. Just as he's about to finish them off, something appears and gobbles blockhead whole; everyone but Shindoine is shocked. Whatever ate Blockhead slowly morphs into the dog King Pathogen; fully restored. King Pathogen sends the leftover MoTW to continue its rampage and the girls are once again back in action. After the Cures cleanse the MoTW, the realize King Pathogen and the other two generals are gone. Slowly the Cures realize they haven't said anything to their family this whole time. The girls go to accept their scoldings, while back in the infected lands King Pathogen demands Daruizen join his body with him; Daruizen runs and is attacked. Next day as Nodoka is doing her morning run Daruizen appears heavily beat up and begging to hide in her body. Grace activates, but can't fight, and ends up running from the pitiful Daruizen.
