same i used to do tattoos but like sanitized needles and shit not some cheap hood shit and even had the blood certificate it's same the people who do piercings at the mall have to get btw. that a machine, ink, sanitary equipment and practice is all you need really unless you want real tats then you need that paper and a lighttable. Family started it and that's how i got into it.
