what we know so far:
>the bullet wasn't shot from a roof/high area
clearly the wound projectile and the bullet shown in picrel that it was either at the same level as the target, or even below

no no, this is the bullet, it goes up, maybe deflection but definitely the shooter wasn't on top of the roof
