Don't want to sound like cringelord Razorfist over here, but adapting more pulp heroes into traditionally animated movies could be interesting. Basically, do what they already did with Tarzan. But lean more into the action/adventure side of things, like they did with Atlantis, Treasure Planet, etc. Characters like The Shadow, Doc Savage, Buck Rogers, will eventually fall into the public domain in just a couple of years anyway. They'll be up for grabs.
A proper Disney's Tarzan sequel that isn't afraid to embrace the "pulpy adventure" side of the character could be really fun, if they have the stones to actually pull it off (no turbocucking to "today's sensibilities").
Would've always loved to see a proper, no-holds-bar adaptation of The Life & Times of Uncle Scrooge, but Disney has a hateboner against Don Rosa for some reason. Probably for the best, they'd probably fuck it all up with Ducktales-washing and piss me off.
Let the people that made the new Porky/Daffy movie have a go with making a proper feature-lenght Mickey movie.
Give Genndy a big ol' bag of cash and have him do the animated action movie of his dreams.
