the reason the left is freaking out about the 14th amendment is because the 14th amendment was never legally ratified. Even still, the 14th amendment was passed so that the South couldn't mass deport or re-enslave blacks after the Civil War, because Blacks legally weren't citizens in the US. Technically since the 14th amendment is invalid blacks aren't US citizens either. But the main point is that the 14th amendment is what's used to give brown illegals amnesty which was started in 1964
