The combat feels a lot better in this pack when you're in third person. There's 4 different weapon stances effectively giving each weapon 4 movesets, but you can only really use them in TP. The attacks don't sync up in FP, so if you switch stances you get different variations of the same slices / stabs as opposed to TP where there's overhead swings, jabs, feints, etc.
Also dodging is janky as fuck in FP. I played in FP up until I was like level 15 and then switched because TP is just so much better
