I quit my job today
>Be me
>haven't had a 40 hour week in 18 months
>Sometimes work 70 hours a week
>Understaffed as hell.
>Team meeting
>someone asks if they are going to hire so they can stop overtime
>Boss without missing a beat says "We're doing overtime because none of you work as hard as you should"
>After the meeting, all but one person packs up their stuff and leaves
>Boss is calling everyone to come back
feels good.
