this one helped me a lot. use chatgpt to create a tool to help you sample 5 second 81 frame videos from other videos. normalize them to 16 fps. focus on good motion in the 5 second windows don't spoil your dataset with 'meh motion' videos. on the resolution of the training data you can go veeeeery low. i use square vids 256x256 and 256x144 or vice versa for the other vids and it fits into 24gb vram.
