Historically the k/d ratio in favor of whites has been off the charts in their favor when facing other races in large-scale combat. Zimbabwe is a good example regarding niggers vs whites, as another anon mentioned already. But with regards to spics specifically, the k/d ratio looks to be at least 60:1. Much higher if you factor in the Conquistadors but I wasn't able to find any reliable statistics. So technically if whites made up 2% of mexico they would likely be able to take it, and expelling the spics here in the United States now would be trivial. Actual genocide would be within the realm of possibility, in fact it would be probable.

Without outside influence it wouldn't be much of a competition, whites would crush the spics and niggers easily, even to the point of actual genocide if that was decided. But I can see the chinks backing the spics (already strong narco ties there) and of course the jews will back their pet niggers, plus to the extent there are functioning white countries elsewhere they will all be unilaterally opposed to le ebil white racists of course. But this is the only scenario that I think leads to the survival of the White race. Some of the younger beaners are getting pretty big, now that they've had a first world diet their whole life and broken into the white man's medicine chest, but most of them are still 5'8" and a buck fifty, they're not going anywhere near me unless it's in a big jackal gang like niggers.
