God I love doing sweetspot berts. The progress is always so quick, like last week I did 3x20min and this week 2x35min felt easier. The RPE and HR are in check, you get to ride reasonably fast, burn lots of calories. I accidentally stopped recording on this, had 50min more of endurance to get home.
