Belgian waffles are pretty bussin. Very crunchy and lots of space for toppings. Early 2000s were a nice time cause my mom having grown up in a system where a single porcelain set was her greatest treasure and gedding exposed to fancy bakas through her job was an early adopter of some stuff you'd be silly to consider fancy now.
