Loki's Regeneration Domain needs a healing nerf.

Being able to instantly place up to 3 runes that turn damage allies receive into health in an aoe that ALSO heals 100 hp/s is absurd. It's borderline an ult on a 30s cooldown.
Tone that shit down to 50 hp/s.
