This is done because she's a vanguard, anon. Her model needs to be bigger and wouldn't work if you just took Luna's model and scaled it up in size. Her silhouette needs to be bigger and wider, which also means larger proportions.

It's irrelevant because Blade's damage is shit and he also receives reduced healing from allies.
For reference, Blade's normal attacks do 22dmg. Which means his lifesteal went from 8hp per strike to 9,5hp per strike.

Even at MAX attackspeed stacks at 10, the difference in hp/s is 7 hp/s (from 38 hp/s to 45 hp/s), this is including the whirlwind strike.
Again, this is at MAX attackspeed and also factors in he has reduced healing from allies.
It IS irrelevant and doesn't solve his actual problem (melee damage being shit).

Increasing his melee damage would both solve his melee damage problem AND increase the health he gains. But the chinks don't know wtf they're doing, so Blade is still trash.

Psylocke is very easy to scare off if retarded niggers stop being stupid and turn around. Alot of my games yesterday just had Psylockes everywhere and people just don't do fuck all. If I tank, I have to yell at my duelist to peel. If I'm Duelist, there are games where my tanks just ignore our frontline and let the enemy tanks and Psylocke walk up to our backline. If I'm support I just play rocket because I know I'm not going to get any peel if I play anything else. If they ask for Luna while ignoring the Psylocke I will swap to Jeff.

It's weird, Psylocke was one of my first lord and I enjoy playing her but I'm willing to take a nerf.

Initial impressions of resource rumble? The map is too big. High mobility characters are gonna thrive in this. This is a cap/spidey gamemode if I ever say one. Imagine trying to play mag in this.

Doubtful. high polycount for a handful of characters isn't that demanding.
It's more likely the game is littered with unoptimized assets, shaders and effects. This on top with having a destructible environment (which then also means you can't bake lighting and such for many assets) further adds to it.

Models with too high tri count, too complex shaders and non-optimized shaders/materials, too many non-instanced things placed in the game world and draw calls too high, improperly set up lighting making it more demanding than it needs to be, overlapping translucency (seeing through multiple see-though objects), too many dynamic things in the world (destructive, moving or things that can move) and the list goes on.
Artists are really bad and lazy when it comes to optimization. Some don't even learn it when learning their craft too.

Shitting out 3 aoes that make allies invulnerable, drains damage into health and instantly heals them to full on a 30s cooldown is not a form of skill expression. It's effectively an ultimate.

The main benefit for the runes should be to make allies immortal and drain damge to health. If you wanted the runes to function as a heal then you should place at least 1 clone or yourself out of the way so allies need to back away to that spot to heal up before the rune is destroyed.

This is on top of Loki already being one of the top 3 best burst healers in the game with Luna and Invis.

Rocket deserves a 12 second ult, not Luna. His ult can be taken out so easily. That’s the first change I’d make. Second change would be to just alter the damage numbers and range of his primary fire. If it had more range, was easier to aim, and did less damage, people would actually use it. The only reason they don’t is because it’s safer to hang in the back with him, so they’re never close enough to actually be able to use it. If they’re scared that supports will outclass duellists if they actually had decent attacks, then they should just add role limits. They’d never have to worry about anyone selecting more than 3 supports at a time.

This is what flanking and off-angling is for. Don't just attack from the front. Several Duelists can either fly or have moves that allow them to reposition to higher places. The stages in this game have so many different angles to attack from yet so many people consistently only attack from the front of the enemy's view. Try aiming for their Strategists. Some of the best and most hated divers in the game are Duelists.

Sometimes I think it is just bad luck. I've seen Diamond and above players perform poorly in quickplay. Also, sometimes people get their KOs stolen. I've had times where I've gotten a character like Psylocke low but then they get away for a few seconds and someone else kills them, but it doesn't count for me because the time for it to count as a KO expired.

Pretty difficult to keep MVP as Vanguard/Hulk. Especially when you have characters like Ultron, Jeff, Cloak & Dagger, etc. on your team. My only experience with SBMM is Call of Duty so I'll tell ya what happened there. SBMM had been a thing for a while but for some reason in the last few years it was made incredibly stricter. So back in the day you'd get some stomp lobbies, some fair lobbies. Im thriving in this game mode because I play cap, hulk, spidey, and Ironman. High mobility characters dominate because there’s so many angles to approach the enemy and your get back to the hill very quickly. I saw some guy trying to run Peni and his best barely covered half the hill. I just ran around it to abuse his supports. Feels good to put Peni tards in their place.

eomm is impossible in hero shooters, because no matchmaking system (especially without role queue) is advanced or accurate enough for that

the complexity of such matchmaking + dumbassery of the players ruins any chances for such a system working in practice

And forget about win/lose streaks.
Everybody are experiencing the obvious stomping games, where one side are dominating the match, way too frequently.
That's the real reason why it feels shitty to play the game.
Solve that issue and not fixate on the win/lose rates

Anon that kind of data gathering and evaluating matchups based on player habits and skills is used in sports all the time. Its used in sports betting all the time. You can absolutely gather data about players and use it to predict outcomes. Its never going to be 100% but can be used. Some chink gamedev with access to your every input and playing habit certainly wouldnt have an issue categorizing players. And its so stretch of the imagination to think they could use this to push matches in the direction they want

EOMM doesn't have to be perfect to be in the game. Does the matchmaking feed you a win because it knows you ragequit after a few losses? Does the game match you with little Timmy after you've just bought a $30 bundle he doesn't have yet? Does it tease you with a W/L/L/W/L/L pattern right before a major rank up? Does the game give you bot matches and bot team fills? If the matchmaking system even attempts to do any of these it's EOMM. There's an argument that it's fine for quickplay because who cares but in ranked it's completely broken and dishonest.

As for the complexity of your scenario? All it has to see is that on average some players in a rank are bad and some are better. And if it only works 51% of the time that's millions more dollars than a fair system.

Otherwise, it doesn't explain how after insta-locking DPS for a few matches, I started getting matches where people would just insta-lock healers & tanks, and leave me playing dps.
It applies to other role as well.
When I play only healer/tanks for a few matches, the following matches will start having dps insta-locks that take away the 2 dps slots immediately.
It's like the game is assigning me the role of tank/dps/healer/fill based on my matches history.

The win and loss streaks are probably your mmr going up and down and determining what stacks you get placed with.
>loss streak = high mmr from tons of wins so you get lower skilled stacks to carry and balance against high level ones
>win streak means your mmr went far enough back down that you're on the opposite side of the scenario now
The issue here is that the game expects you to carry every game and no matter how good you are you aren't gonna carry every game especially when they intentionally track what role you play the most and intentionally match you so at least one of the solo fills has to flex to artificially bring their skill level for "balance"
