Yeah, I was reading about that, Apparently they are not only good for updating a BIOS without a CPU but can wipe and "reinstall" a bad BIOS flash too? That pretty nifty.

You know it's interesting I was comparing warranties (not necessarily because I think they'll honor them but as a passive marker for quality) and Asrock/MSI have a standard 3-year warranty while Gigabyte's is 5-years (3 years standard + 2 Extension w/registration):

That lineup advertised "TUF 5K black metallic capacitors" for higher lifetimes that even the ROG/Strix boards which makes sense for the warranty period if the component quality is actually higher and means something.
