I'm doing 10 (+5 extra) for years now, and if I can give you a piece of advice, it's to make a checklist of everything.
Like, for each cardee, the name, real name, address, card, trinklet or whatever stickers you add to the card.
And to check each as long as you prepare your cards.
This way, you can streamline a bit, and be sure not to forget anything.
