Can't remember if my last update was pre project corruption but that's fixed now
Some changes to the game, going for more of a VTMB style world setup after having played a lot of Skyrim and Morrowind then realizing proc-genned towns are overrated. Having control over where the things are placed lets me do things like have special features like bridges or changes in height in the cities a lot easier however this means the hub cities are going to be way scaled back, planning only 1 hub area for each of the 3 cities now.
Dungeons also being reworked from the daggerfall 3D labyrinth spaghetti pile to a very simple 'maze' on a 3x3 grid, aside from being pretty sure that the plugin for the dungeons was causing the corruption the 3D labyrinth style just wasn't fun, FPS games play a lot faster and with the exception of trying to learn to make a map there wasn't any consistent, diegetic way I could keep the player from getting lost so now dungeons are just smaller arenas directly stitched without unpredictable hallways looping around. I'll still try to keep some vertical gameplay
Wanted to get an alpha release this month but time is moving fast, the quest system *does* work, I do need to translate some things since dungeons are not in the same area as quests anymore and make sure it works without bugs but hopefully soon meow meow
