I know it's fun to dunk on jeets but I'll be honest here:
This looks like a failure on behalf of the maintenance / repair crew.
So, it's still a jeet failure, but the pilots couldn't do a damn thing about it if they experienced a sudden electrical or engine failure on takeoff.
