Collin County is a pretty strong conservative county in the DFW metroplex. It's full of jeets, arabs, and different types of chinks. They're mostly upper middle class and do not want any of that riff-raff from Dallas proper coming in. Infact, DART (DFW public transportation) is consistently blocked from expanding there because no one wants a "crime train" in their area. Dude's getting a 100% guilty verdict if he's tried there.
