If you've already built and painted tacticals then you may as well use tacticals, bring 1 tactical for every 2 Despoilers.

If you've built them but not painted them yet then you might be able to do model surgery by replacing the bolters with special weapons. The special weapon sprue is actually designed to use bolter arms, it doesn't come with its own the way that the heavy weapon sprue does.

Only do that if you're confident you can clean up any mistakes with the clippers tho. You don't want to fuck up your dudes following the advice of a weirdo on a Jamaican rum brewing forum.
